Carlos Moya, a wild card holder in the BNP Paribas Open 2010 at Indian Wells, got victory in the first round against American qualifier Tim Smyczek. He has beaten his opponent in two straight sets. Carlos Moya won the match by 7-6, 7-6. It was an excited match between them. He had to play two hours and 20 minutes to ensure the victory.
