Agnieszka Radwanska secures her semi-final round for the first time after beating Elena Dementieva at BNP Paribas Open 2010

The fifth-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland has got an easy victory against her Russian opponent Elena Dementieva in the fourth round at Indian Wells WTA hardcourt tennis tournament in California. She has defeated the fourth-seeded Elena Dementieva in two straight sets 6-4 6-3. This victory has helped her to reach the semi-final round for the first time in her career.

On the other hand, this defeat has left Dementieva out of this tournament. It was not a competitive match either. This match result shows that Dementieva could not make any strong protest against her opponent.

Now, tennis fans are excitedly waiting to see if Agnieszka Radwanska can win the title in BNP Paribas Open 2010.

However, in one of the remaining quarter final matches Australian Samantha Stosur will play against Spain's Maria Jose Martinez. In another match Serbian Jelena Jankovic will take on Russian Alisa Kleybanova.
