Justine Henin to Return to Tennis with Brisbane International in January 2010

You already know that Justine Henin is going to make a come back to tennis circuit in Brisbane International, starting from 3 January 2010. The former world no. 1 announced her retirement from tennis in 2008, but she has recently announced her comeback. She has already received a wildcard entry in the Brisbane tournament which also has four other former world no. 1 players.

It is expected that Justine Henin would find it very hard as she could possibly face fellow Belgian Kim Clijsters in the first round. Actually, Clijsters’ heroic return this year may have been the source of inspiration for Henin. Moreover, it would be hard for Henin because it is the first tournament she is going to play in almost 2 years. Naturally, she herself may not expect to win the title and a poor performance would not even frustrate her fans too. However, some good display of tennis would definitely boost up her confidence ahead of Australian Open 2009.

She has beyond any doubt the best back hand. She will repeat her performance and become once again a great champion.
