Andrew Flintoff Underwent Successful Knee Surgery

Star English cricketer Andrew Flintoff has successfully had a surgery on his right knee recently and is aiming to recover from the surgery in time to take part in World Twenty20 starting from June 5 in England. The all rounder recently sustained a tear in a degenerative meniscus on his right knee. After suffering the injury, Andrew Flintoff flew to England from South Africa where he was representing his IPL team Chennai Super Kings. However, it has been reported that there is noting to worry about his injury. ECB managing director Hugh Morris recently confirmed a successful operation, having been informed so by the surgeon. Andrew Flintoff, however, would have to miss the upcoming test and ODI series against West Indies at home.
