Dhoni in Search of Clarity of Thought after India Winning the 2nd ODI against Sri Lanka

India clinched the very close second ODI by only 15 runs against Sri Lanka, taking 2-0 lead in the five match ODI series. In reply to India’s 256, Sri Lanka was dismissed for 241 runs with 4 balls in hands. However, Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is still not fully satisfied with the performance of his bowlers as he found lack of ‘clarity of thought’ among the bowlers in the end overs. Dhoni thinks that a bowler must bowl according to the field setting and can not have two thoughts in his mind while start running from the bowling mark because a bowler can bowl better when he exactly knows where he is going to pitch the ball and what kind of delivery it would be. The Indian captain also says that young Indian bowlers will gradually learn it with time.

The performance of Indian pacers in the second match was mixed with success and failure both. Ishant Sharma picked up 4 wickets and got the man of the match award for his excellent bowling in the slog overs.
